Job Description
- Responsible for all the activities relating to the students placement. He will be specializing in different technical stream.
- Help students identify employment options that match their career interests.
- Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers.
- Conduct tele calling with a purpose to generate prospective clients for the organisation
- Responsible for follow ups and coordination with the team to ensure the leads has been turned in to placements
- Assist in organizing employment events, meets, and calendar events of the department.
- Assist with maintaining employer database(s) of students placed. Maintain student files as needed.
- Contact and tie up with companies to develop partnerships for placement, internship and opportunities.
- To reach out to companies in a systematic manner so as to bring them for campus drive.
- Coordinate for the campus drive.
- Generating placement opportunities for Cranes students through mapping, approaching and tie-up with companies, industries etc.
- To handle end-to-end placement and training related activities. Will conduct the competitor mapping exercise on courses, contents, offerings, fees & its promotion.
- Collaborate with Trainers and Training Managers to reflect customer requirements in the training process.
- Participate in various student assessments with trainers to evaluate the student fit/potential placements.
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting on revenue targets qualified lead generations & business growth.
Requirements
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
- Master’s degree/Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills: This includes presentation/speaking skills and small group facilitation. Exemplary writing and editing skills are required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Strong computing skills, including the ability to self-teach in order to gain mastery systems as well as the ability to train others
