Job Description
- Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
- On Page SEO, Off Page SEO and Technical SEO
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools & submit reports and do effective changes to achieve success goals
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
- Increasing the organic website traffic, lead generation and reducing the bounce rate
- Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
- Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve the goal
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
- Develop and implement link building strategy and high-quality backlink building campaigns
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
- Ranking the keywords in Google SERP first page top positions
- Competitor analysis and building strategies to overcome competitors in organic results
- Writing compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions, Ad copies etc. to improve website search results
- Develop and integrate content marketing strategies
- Monitor the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes
Requirements
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
- Masterās degree/Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills: This includes presentation/speaking skills and small group facilitation. Exemplary writing and editing skills are required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Strong computing skills, including the ability to self-teach in order to gain mastery systems as well as the ability to train others
