SEO Specialist (Immediate Openings)

Job Description

  1. Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
  2. On Page SEO, Off Page SEO and Technical SEO
  3. Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools & submit reports and do effective changes to achieve success goals
  4. Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
  5. Increasing the organic website traffic, lead generation and reducing the bounce rate
  6. Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
  7. Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
  8. Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve the goal
  9. Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
  10. Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  11. Develop and implement link building strategy and high-quality backlink building campaigns
  12. Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
  13. Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation
  14. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
  15. Ranking the keywords in Google SERP first page top positions
  16. Competitor analysis and building strategies to overcome competitors in organic results
  17. Writing compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions, Ad copies etc. to improve website search results
  18. Develop and integrate content marketing strategies
  19. Monitor the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes


  1. Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
  2. Master’s degree/Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired
  3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills: This includes presentation/speaking skills and small group facilitation. Exemplary writing and editing skills are required
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
  5. Strong computing skills, including the ability to self-teach in order to gain mastery systems as well as the ability to train others
